Due to the hurricanes that came thru Florida and Daytona areas, all the hotels were destroyed or damaged. They are not taking any reservation, e-mails or calls till February 2005. This is too late for us to respond.
After conferring with all the officers, we will have a reunion cruise to the Bahamas instead. Herb MacIntyre is making the necessary contacts for us. The dates have been changed due to the availability of the cruise. Date of the reunion is now April 10 – 14, 2005

If a handicap room is needed, please contact Mid Town Travel right away. He needs to know you personal needs ASAP. Deposits need to be in by December 8th, ($200.00 pp) however, if they show some bookings and secure a credit card, they may extend that date. Gratuities are $40.00 per person and you can add that to your reservation or you can choose to pay them on your own.
If airfare is booked thru Carnival, (Mid Town Travel) transfers are at no cost from Orlando airport, otherwise it is $50.00 PP.
Herb MacIntyre did some research and there is a company called “ASTER LIMO” that has good rates, i.e. 5 passenger limo $165.00 Round Trip. 10 passenger vans, $180.00 round trip. The math is a no brainier, $18.00 PP for the van round trip.
Parking at the airport for those driving is $10.00 per day.
If you come in on your own, it is recommended that you come in a day earlier so that you are sure to make the connection to the ship, otherwise if the plane is late, the ship won’t wait.
